Jeff Noel began his life as a creative professional working as a garage band guitarist while studying at the Portland School of Art in 1981.
After earning a BFA in Graphic Design and an MA in Marketing, Jeff worked as a musician, sound engineer, office manager, free-lance design consultant/copy writer, and practiced some applied creativity in the kitchen as a chef while in the process of nurturing a growing affinity for computer-based creative production, which was sparked while using a Commodore 64 in the 1980s.
Budget Creations merges 20 years of technical development with over 25 years of simultaneous creative growth. Currently, when he's not repairing and upgrading Macs, Jeff performs with the band Smoked Salmon and the duo Half a Salmon, and occasionally in the orchestra pit at the Waterville Opera House.
